SaaS Inside Sales Specialist


bodQR is seeking professional, energetic SaaS (Software as a Service) Inside Sales Specialists to support its growth. The position is a full-time telecommuting role, and as such requires the ability to work remotely from an in-home office during all scheduled hours, with dedicated, private workspace and high-speed internet access appropriate for conducting phone and online sales consultations. (Please Note: This inside sales role is not a "work from anywhere" or "make your own schedule" position.)

The objective of SaaS Inside Sales Specialists is to effectively convey the value of the bodQR body and needs analysis platform, then engage and enroll qualified individuals and organizations as subscribers in the most suitable plan. Specialists provide information to prospective software subscribers through phone consultations, online presentations and software demonstrations. Specialists also regularly and consistently make outbound contact efforts (call/email/text/LinkedIn/video/other) to reach and follow up with potential subscribers who have already expressed interest in bodQR software but have not yet initiated a new account. In addition, Specialists directly solicit organizations in target markets that are a good match for body and needs analysis software in order to make them aware of and generate interest in bodQR services. Performance evaluations are based primarily on achievement of revenue and new subscription goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, goal orientation, diligence and organization skills are keys to success in this position. The most successful bodQR team members have a passion for and commitment to a career in fitness, weight loss, health, nutrition and wellness, have a high level of comfort with and interest in technology, and are truly excited to help our subscribers achieve their business goals.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in consultative inside sales position, ideally including some phone sales
  • Prior experience selling SaaS applications a strong plus
  • Prior experience selling to corporate wellness, fitness, weight loss and nutrition professionals or facilities a strong plus
  • Prior experience using hosted phone system/dialer, CRM and online presentation/screen sharing applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Comfort using live and recorded video for outreach and sales conversations
  • Education or coursework in exercise, nutrition or health science preferred
  • Must have appropriate, dedicated private workspace and high-speed internet access available
  • Ability to establish rapport and communicate empathetically
  • Excellent customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Conducting phone and online consultations with prospective subscribers
  • Contacting prospective subscribers through proactive, regular outreach
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospective subscriber interactions in central database
  • Achieving monthly personal sales/subscription objectives
  • Contributes to team success by assisting colleagues in fielding and managing inquiries from prospective subscribers

Client Success Coach


bodQR is seeking professional, energetic Client Success Coaches to support its growth. The position is a full-time telecommuting role, and as such requires the ability to work remotely from an in-home office during all scheduled hours, with dedicated, private workspace and high-speed internet access appropriate for conducting phone and online support sessions. (Please Note: This subscriber support role is not a "work from anywhere" or "make your own schedule" position.)

The objective of the Client Success Coach is to ensure that subscribers utilize and receive value from the bodQR body & needs analysis platform. Client Success Coaches help clients to understand, configure, implement, and leverage bodQR software so that it becomes integral to their operations and provides a positive return on investment such that they continue or expand their subscription. Client Success Coaches create two-week set-up plans with new subscribers and work with them to configure bodQR settings to best meet their needs. Client Success Coaches also conduct regular check-in calls and account training, monitor and promote subscriber utilization, and serve as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for those subscribers. Client Success Coaches upgrade and renew subscriptions as appropriate based on subscriber needs and requests. Performance evaluations are based primarily on the achievement of client subscription renewal rate and upgrade goals.

This position requires the mastery of bodQR software functionality and the underlying science related to bodQR fitness and weight management analytics, strong written and verbal communication skills and goal orientation. The most successful bodQR team members have a passion for and commitment to a career in corporate wellness, fitness, weight loss, health, nutrition and wellness, have a high level of comfort with and interest in technology, and are truly excited to help our subscribers achieve their business goals.

  • Comfort using live and recorded video for support and other client conversations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Education or coursework in exercise, nutrition or health science preferred
  • Must have appropriate, dedicated private workspace and high-speed internet access available
